Has this space capsule design been used in the short-term rental market or resorts? Are there any actual cases?

Is the appearance and interior enough to attract customers to take pictures and check in? Can I customize the shape and color?

Can it be equipped with a full set of ”carry-and-live” equipment: such as bed, bathroom, air conditioning, and kitchenette?

Is it suitable for long-term use in outdoor environments? Can you cope with extreme weather (such as high temperature/heavy rain/seaside/forest)?

Of course, the products we design can be used from -30 degrees to 35 degrees. The shell is made of aviation aluminum plate, which is corrosion-resistant and durable, and the glass is 6MM multi-layer tempered glass, which can resist impact. The base is firmly fixed to the ground pile foundation, and its own weight is relatively heavy, which can resist strong winds. We use exquisite materials. The skeleton is made of hot-dip galvanized steel square steel, which is resistant to corrosion. The shell is also aviation aluminum plate with fluorocarbon paint on the outside, which is stable, does not change color, and is corrosion-resistant.

What is the effect of heat insulation and sound insulation? Will the guests feel stuffy or noisy?

What needs to be done with the foundation? Can it be used for land with movable/non-permanent structures?

How long does it take from the order to delivery in the United States? Does the manufacturer provide one-stop transportation + installation services?

It takes 30-45 days for factory production, customs declaration, and shipping to the West coast of the United States, about 15-25 days. Direct flights are short, and transit takes a little longer. Only a crane is required for installation, and it can be used when it is connected to the water and electricity. Flat rack is used for large sizes, and containers are used for transportation for those of the right size.

If I want to purchase 10-20 units at a time to make a resort, is there a package quotation and shipping plan?

Is this kind of house easy to relocate or redeploy later? Can it be stacked or spliced into a complete house structure?
